Queridas Familias,
Muchas gracias a todos por su apoyo y amor a nuestra maravillosa comunidad aquí en MSLA. Estoy seguro de que se enteró de la votación de la junta de DPS para consolidar MSLA con Valverde el jueves. Sé que esta es una noticia muy desafiante para usted como lo es para nosotros. Tenga en cuenta que estoy increíblemente agradecida de haber pasado estos años con usted y el increíble personal que hemos desarrollado aquí. Ustedes son familias fantásticas, y les deseo lo mejor en los próximos meses. Comuníquese con nuestra oficina principal si necesita ayuda durante el proceso de transición.
En el verdadero estilo de MSLA, tenemos la intención de seguir haciendo lo mejor que podamos por nuestros estudiantes. Estas son algunas de las cosas increíbles que suceden esta semana:
Lunes 13 de marzo: Anne Sterrett, directora, se une a la familia de MSLA
Miércoles, 15 de marzo– 8a Reunión de CSC con la nueva directora Anne Sterrett en la biblioteca de MSLA y el último día de la Sra. Lane.
Jueves, 16 de marzo- ¡Excursión de toda la escuela al ZOO!
Viernes, 17 de marzo: Kinder, 1.°, 4.° y 5.° excursión a SPREE *2.° y 3.° irán en abril
Los voy a extrañar mucho a todos. Gracias por dejarme ser parte de sus vidas.

Dear Families,
Thank you all so much for your support and love of our wonderful community here at MSLA. I’m sure you heard about the DPS board vote to consolidate MSLA with Valverde on Thursday. I know this is very challenging news for you as it is for us. Please know that I am so incredibly grateful to have spent these years with you and the amazing staff we’ve developed here. You are fantastic families, and I wish the best for you in the months to come. Please reach out to our main office if you are in need of any support through the transition process.
In true MSLA style we intend to keep on doing the best we can by our students. Here are some of the amazing things happening this week:
Monday, March 13th– Anne Sterrett, principal, joins the MSLA family
Wednesday, March 15th– 8a CSC Meeting with new principal Anne Sterrett in the MSLA Library & Ms. Lane’s last day.
Thursday, March 16th– All school field trip to the ZOO!
Friday, March 17th– Kinder, 1st, 4th & 5th field trip to SPREE *2nd & 3rd will go in April
I’m going to miss you all so much. Thank you for letting me be a part of your lives.
